Use this budget sheet to help you complete the Financial Statement questionnaire of your application. Please note that all the costs listed are estimates.
- Tuition is for 3 credits per term for fall, winter, and spring terms. Room, board and fees are per term also.To qualify for the immigration form DS-2019 used to obtain a J-1 student visa a student’s total financial resources for one trimester must add up to $30,128 USD (for the 3 terms, the total comes to $90,384 USD).
- The student will be responsible for the per term costs of living expenses (books/personal) $680 USD. For the 3 terms, it would total $678 x 3 = $2,040 USD.
- Union will waive the cost of tuition/fees ($23,022), room ($3,126), board ($2,550) and health insurance ($750) for one term at $29,488 USD per term ($88,344) for the 3 terms) as per our agreement.
- Health insurance coverage is from August 1 - June 30.
- Summer school tuition is not included.
