To apply to a program, click the “Apply Now” button on the page of the program you’ve selected. You’ll login using your Union credentials, which will then provide access to the application materials.

- Passport Information (passport should not expire until after six months from the end date of the program to which you are applying)
- Study Abroad Experience (Programs applied to in the past through International Programs.
- Student Essay
- Unofficial Transcripts
- Faculty/Administrator Recommenders - the names and emails of 2 faculty/administrators who would be willing to recommend you if the evaluative committee, composed of three faculty, were to reach out to them
- Application Release
- Advisor (or Chair) approval of your application: Students are encouraged to meet with their advisor(s) to discuss their study abroad program. We suggest students submit their electronic request for the approval(s) at least two weeks prior to the application deadline to allow time to discuss the program with their advisor(s) and for the advisor(s) to respond electronically.
